Summer HAF Programme 2024
SJD Sports Coaching are working in partnership with Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council to deliver their Summer HAF Programme to children and young people across different communities during the Summer.

Our HAF Programme is designed to keep children and young people healthy and active over the holiday period and give all children the opportunity to take part in activities like this. All children should wear suitable sports clothing usually consisting of shorts or jogging bottoms and a T-shirt and suitable footwear. SJD Sports Coaching will provide drinks, lunch and snacks for all children attending the HAF Programme, if there are any allergies or dietary requirements please let us know using the form below so that we can inform Molly’s Tea Rooms who are providing the food for our programme.

During the HAF Programme children and young people can take part in sports and activities as well as other enriching activities to keep your children happy and entertained during their time with us.

WEEK 1:
Days: Monday 29th July - Thursday 1st August
Time: 9:00am-1:00pm
Venue: Aston Fence Junior and Infant School (S13 9ZD)
Age: 4-11 years old
Cost: FREE (Additional £4.00 to stay until 3:00pm)

WEEK 2:
Days: Monday 5th August - Thursday 8th August
Time: 9:00am-1:00pm
Venue: Treeton Cricket Club, Washfield Lane, S60 5PU
Age: 4-11 years old
Cost: FREE (Additional £4.00 to stay until 3:00pm)

WEEK 3:
Days: Monday 12th August - Thursday 15th August
Time: 9:00am-1:00pm
Venue: Aston Lodge Lane Recreation Ground (S26 2BL)
Age: 4-11 years old
Cost: FREE (Additional £4.00 to stay until 3:00pm)

WEEK 4:
Days: Monday 19th August - Thursday 15th August
Time: 9:00am-1:00pm
Venue: Aughton Primary School (S26 3XQ)
Age: 4-11 years old
Cost: FREE (Additional £4.00 to stay until 3:00pm)

To see if your are eligible for our HAF Programme please see the eligabilty criteria below:

- Your child must be in full time education and receive benefit related Free School Meals
- Looked After Children
- Receive any support from any Social Care or Early Help Team
- Asylum Seekers
- Home Educated Children
- Children Accessing home for Ukraine Scheme

If you are unsure whether you are eligible or cannot find your Unique Reference Number (URN) please email office-sjdsportscoaching@mail.com your child’s name, date of birth and the school your child attends so that we can find out for you.

If you would like to stay the full day then please bring cash on the day.
