City of San José Community Resource Fair Registration Form
The City of San José's COVID-19 Recovery Task Force invites you and your family to join us on Saturday, August 20, from 11:00 AM - 1:30 PM at the Seven Trees Community Center for an afternoon of storytelling, resource sharing, and resilience . Join us and your fellow community members to receive FREE food and refreshments; COVID-19 testing kits; bike helmets; backpacks; workshops, recovery resources for your family and business; and much more. Most activities and programs with be held outdoors. For community safety, the COVID-19 Recovery Task Force recommends attendees wear masks at this event.
