I'll hopefully get around to writing all of them, but I'll try to crowd-source the order to give folks what they think would be most helpful.

Managing up and down - How to manage your team whilst also managing relationships with your “superiors”

A team of teachers - How to hire in a way that creates growth opportunities for everyone

Giving and receiving critique - How do you ensure that feedback is meaningful, useful, actionable, respectfully given, and received

Working cross functionally - How to build, nurture, and improve cross functional relationships, and ensure meaningful alignment

The Design(Manager)er’s toolkit - How to take the best of being a designer and create a durable playbook for handling challenges as a manager

Objective and Inclusive Hiring - Improving your hiring process to hire the best people and remove as much bias a possible

Finding Motivation - Figure out what motivates each of your team members, and leverage that to make work more rewarding

Everyday is someone’s bad day - How do you best handle the “work around the work” all the messy “people problems” that invariably come up.
