The Halifax Agricultural Show committee reserve the right to refuse applications at any stage.
Due to the show being run entirely by volunteers we have a zero-tolerance policy to abuse of any sort. Perpetrators will be removed without any refund.Applications are made via categories. Please ensure that you select the correct category when applying. Incorrect applications will not be accepted.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide Gazebos, tables, chairs, electric or water.
Agri: Sales or display of agricultural products including machinery, farm equipment and products
Catering: Selling food/drink for immediate consumption, subject to tendering ***NOW CLOSED***
Garages: Any sales or display of motor vehicles, caravans and motor related accessories
General: Anything that doesn’t fit into above categories. Including bakeries not selling hot drinks
IMPORTANT: We are not running the Indoor Artisan this year as we have a new rabbit section in that area. The craft market is still running. *** Now full for 2025 ***
No trader will have a monopoly on the sale of any items, although we will restrict the number of similar stands and ensure they are spread across the site where possible.
Each year Halifax Agricultural Show members select 2 charities to have free stands alongside a donation after the show. This year our selected charities are RABI and HappyDays. We also provide free a stand to the NHS trust and the Halifax Aircadets who also work on site as volunteers. Due to this, the show isn’t able to support any other free or subsidised stands in 2025.
