A sound bath is a unique, musically meditative journey that envelops participants in soothing overtones and undertones, promoting deep relaxation. We all know how music can influence our emotions, and sound baths take that a step further, helping us explore our relationship with sound and its effects on our hearts and minds.
We offer DoTERRA essential oils at no extra cost to enhance your experience with aromatherapy. Please bring a yoga mat, blankets, and a pillow, and dress in comfortable clothing. Bolsters are provided by us.
