Bonobo Network Incident Report
Please use this form to let Bonobo Network leaders know:
    - If you feel that your consent has been violated or ignored by a fellow Bonobo Network member (or someone you think might become a Bonobo member), or
    - If you've violated someone's consent and would like to report your own accountability.

You can generally expect to hear from someone on the Support and Accountability Team (SAT) within 2-4 business days from when you submit your report. 
We care about you! 
And, please keep in mind that our team is available to attend to incident reports and the folks involved about 5-10 hours per week.

REGARDING CONFIDENTIALITY: 

Your report will go directly to the Director of the Support and Accountability Team (SAT) and will be held confidential within the Support and Accountability Team (Kelen Laine [she/they] and Jihan McDonald [they/them]) and the Bonobo Network Leadership Team (William, and occasionally our Community Manager, HR, and Technical Operations staff members).  We may discuss the matter amongst these team members in order to best serve you, and also to sustain care for ourselves.

At the outset of meeting with any member to discuss an incident, before discussing sensitive matters, we will explicitly check in with you about confidentiality and what requests you may have. 
We cannot always honor everyone's requests about confidentiality, however we will navigate this together before diving in, so you can remain in choice about what to share.

If you are wanting to talk to someone independently of Bonobo Network leadership because Bonobo leadership is involved in your incident (aka you are having an issue with William and/or Kelen and/or other members of the Support and Accountability Team, and they would not be the appropriate people to send a complaint to), you can send a report here > >  bit.ly/leadershipincident.

This alternate report goes to Live Kiersted, our Independent Investigator & Member Advocate. We do pay for their time, they are familiar with our community, but they are someone not affiliated with Bonobo Network and they have promised to be an advocate for our member's wellbeing and holding Bonobo leadership accountable to our standards.
