The tentative meal plan is:
Friday - Dinner:----> for Friday, bring your own meat/seafood/protein to grill.There will be Corn and grilled Asparagus.Also, there will be a wine tasting, so be sure to bring:- your favorite wine glass- a bottle of wine to pass for tasting.The best wine wins a camping lantern!
Saturady - Breakfast:Scrambled Eggs or Omelette (made to order), Bacon, Sausage, Fruit, Coffee.
Saturday - Lunch:Hamburgers and Hot Dogs with toppings(your choice of cheese, grilled onions, chili sauce, etc.),cole slaw, chips and pickles.
Saturday - Dinner:BBQ Ribs, baked beans, garlic toast.Also Chef Glen will make something unique for dessert!
Sunday - Breakfast:Scrambled Eggs or Omelette (made to order), Bacon, Sausage, Fruit, Coffee.
Sunday - Lunch:Hopefully any leftover ribs, Hamburgers, and hot dogs!
