School Lunch Request during COVID-19 Closure
Lunch/Breakfast sack meals will continue this week through Thursday, April 9 -- No pick up on Friday, (April 10 was already a scheduled day off of school).
Starting Monday, April 13 pick up will be on Monday (meals for Monday & Tuesday) & Wednesdays (meals for Wed, Thurs, Fri).
Audubon Community School families that would like to receive meals during the mandated school closure are asked to fill out this form.
This is open to all families in the Audubon Community School District. There will be no cost to families who receive the meals.
Meals can be provided for all children ages 0-18.
Each family will receive meals for lunch and breakfast
Pickup will be in Audubon starting Monday, 4/13 11:30-12:30. Hamlin will be 11:30-12:00. Gray/Ross will be combined Gray will be at 11:30; Ross will be at 11:45-12:00.
Please make sure to have your front passenger seat open for the workers to put meals inside the window to minimize contact. It would be useful to have a box or laundry basket in the seat to put the meals in as you will be receiving meals for multiple days.
**If you signed up for the meals for the first month of closure - DO NOT sign up again. Once you are signed up, you will be expected to get the meals picked up each time.
