Due to space limitations
some vendors may be placed inside or outside.

It is recommended that
vendors who are placed outside utilize a pop-up for shade and shelter.

All vendors are required
to supply their own tables, chairs, booth signage, and booth decor.
·
Vendors which utilize a
pop-up tent must meet the ADA doorway entry/exit requirements to allow for mobility devices such as wheel chairs and scooters.

The mermaid confluence
is committed to helping reduce the carbon footprint and promote environmental
stewardship. We are a plastic bag free event. Please use only paper or
re-useable cloth bags.
First Year Rates- Booth Fee:
10X10 booth space is $100 for the day
6X8 table space (no booth) is $50 for the day
Application is not guarantee of acceptance
o Vendors will be notified via email either way
o Once notification of acceptance is made, vendor must pay their vendor fee in full within 3 business days of acceptance to secure spot. Spots are first come first serve.
o Vendor fees are not refundable past after June 1st 2025
o No MLM vendors accepted
o Wares, items and services which have less negative environmental impact are amplified
o Only products and services which are deemed thematically appropriate for events shall be accepted.
o Accepted vendors will be provided one additional event pass/ticket for one additional staff member or booth helper.
