Committee Chairs - Part 1

Wild Ones Madison seeks to fill several open board positions. These committee chairs are appointed by the president and are not elected. Please indicate if you are interested in any of the positions below and provide a brief overview of what skills or experiences you have that make you a good candidate for the role.

Membership Chair - Communicates with our membership base and helps to recruit volunteers

Program Committee Chair - Organizes the speakers and activities schedule of events for the year.

Publicity Committee Chair - Publicizes chapter events and creates displays for booths/tables

Webmaster - Manages chapter website and social media pages

General Volunteers

Wild Ones Madison is seeking to develop a list of "core volunteers" for various chapter activities. Please select any of the following to indicate your interest in participating in activities of that type.

Leading a Wild Ones project - i.e. managing a garden, designing/planting a new garden, etc.

Maintaining gardens/prairies

Wild Ones Madison holds elections every October. As per our bylaws, we need two members to serve on the nominating committee to assist with the elections process, along with the Vice President (chair) and two board members. This committee works mid-August through November, or whenever the elections process is complete. We've already built a great frame work for this process, but need your help to appease our bylaws and ensure a smooth election process!.
