Inlandia Creative Writing Workshops
Now enrolling for the Fall 2019 session.
Welcome to Inlandia Institute's Creative Writing Workshops Program. With venues in multiple cities, we hope you find one that works well with your location and schedule.
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- Update: The Riverside workshop at Riverside Public Library is now FULL! As of 3:38 pm on 8/26/19, we are now taking only waiting list registrations.
- NEW this season: Redlands workshop with James Ducat! This workshop will be held at the University of Redlands in Gregory Hall 270, located at 1200 E Colton Ave, Redlands, CA 92373. It will be held on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 pm beginning September 10th. This workshop is supported by writing across the curriculum at the University of Redlands campus. [NOTE: This workshop's room has been moved from Appleton Hall to Gregory Hall]
-The Riverside Janet Goeske Senior Center workshop will NOT be held on the following dates: 9/17, 10/15, 11/19, 11/26, 12/10, 12/24

Workshops are filled on a first come, first served basis, with caps on workshop registrations based on total number of available seats per location.
Attendance is not mandatory, but be courteous and give up your seat if you find that you will not be able to attend one or more workshop meetings as there are likely others would be grateful for that seat.
All workshops are open to the public but registration is required. Once the workshop has begun, vacant seats can only be filled at the discretion of the workshop leader and Inlandia staff. If you would like to be added after the start of the workshop, please contact Cati.
By registering for an Inlandia workshop you are entitled to submit work for inclusion in the annual Writing from Inlandia anthology.
Inlandia's Creative Writing Workshops are free but a donation toward the workshops program is appreciated. Donations are accepted via PayPal or snail mail or directly to the Inlandia Institute office only.

Inlandia Creative Writing Workshops Code of Conduct
1.) Always be respectful and considerate of everyone’s time and talent.
2.) When critiquing others’ work, be compassionate, concise, and helpful; wherever possible, use direct examples rather than vague generalizations.
3.) When arriving and departing the workshop, be prompt, and observe all venue rules and regulations, including venue closing times and noise levels.
4.) If you are going to miss a session, or if you wish to drop the workshop, please notify your workshop leader or the Inlandia Institute at 951 790 2458.
