To protect student confidentiality, please refer to any student by their FIRST NAME and STUDENT NUMBER.  Ex: "my son John--student # 7654321."  If you do not have the STUDENT NUMBER readily available, you may use FIRST NAME, LAST INITIAL and GRADE (John S. 11th), but this form of ID may require us to request additional information.
