FCDC Virtual Meeting Request Form
Please use this form to sign up to host a virtual meeting. Please complete this form with at least two weeks before your meeting, keeping in mind holidays and weekends. Fulfillment of last minute requests will be considered, but not guaranteed.

A follow up email with instructions for your virtual meeting will be sent after confirming that the date and time are available. If your preferred time slots are already fully booked, you will receive a message asking you to submit a new request.

While FCDC is emulating best practices for social distancing this form will act as the reservation system for setting up virtual meetings to carry on FCDC's critical work.
