This is the commission form for the «Pounce» YCH by NorwegianFennec.

TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me you're agreeing to my terms and conditions listed below!
These Terms and Conditions apply to all art that is purchased from me or received from me for free or in exchange for other goods and services.


GENERAL

• You must be over the age of 18 to commission me!

• Please have CLEAR reference sheets.
I will accept a well-written description if your character is very basic (Black wolf, a generic fox with a red mohawk, etc.)

•Please state what sort of commission you want when sending a request (Icon, badge, full-body, etc.).
If you want something not listed on the price sheet please ask!

• All communication will be via mail, Telegram or Twitter DM.
-The completed commission will be sent via twitter DM mail or telegram. (


PAYMENT

• I only accept PayPal in EURO as a payment method. (I do not accept trades as payment UNLESS I state it).
VIPPS will be accepted if you are a Norwegian resident


COMMISSION PROCESS

• An invoice will be sent to your PayPal email adress. After payment I will begin drawing, and the finnished version will be sent to your preferred SoMe channel.


REFUNDS

• If the commissioner issues a refund the total sum refunded will depend on how much of the commission is done. If I am halfway done with your commission I will refund you half of the full price and so forth.
(In most cases the halfway point will be around the lineart stage)
IF a commission has been canceled in the sketch stage the commissioner is required to pay a fee depending on how long the sketch has taken.
You will not be refunded if you're dissatisfied with the finished artwork in general.
You've had your chance to affect the outcome of the final product
during the commission process.
I hold the right to cancel the commission for whatever reason
in which case the client would be refunded.

DEADLINES/ COMPLETION TIME

Around a week after payment.

ARTIST AND COMMISSIONERS RIGHT

Artist
• If you haven’t provided any commission info within 7 days after commission acceptance, your slot will be given away.

• The artist reserves the right to refuse any offered commissions
Unless requested otherwise you agree that I as the artist can upload and share your commission for marketing purposes as well. (This includes prints)



Customer

• The commissioner has all the rights to the commissioned piece so long it’s not used for profit.

• If the commissioner wants more WIPs they can request that.



COMMERCIAL LISENCE

• If you wish to commission me for art that you plan to earn money from the price will need to be discussed with me  before starting the commision as it will vary depending on what you wish to commission.


WILL NOT DRAW:

• Discriminating/hateful themes towards any group or individual.


• Very detailed Mecha/Robots/Armor etc.

• Heavy fetishized things

(Ask if you´re unsure).
