Please complete the form below if your student would like to participate in the 2023 Clearwater Summer Weights & Conditioning program. The cost is $40 for the summer and is payable in the CIMS or CHS Office. Payment can also be made on the 1st Day of workouts to Coach Cornwell. $40 covers entry for the summer. T-shirts are rewarded based on attendance and participation at the completion of the summer.
