The Kashmiri Wikimedians User Group is a volunteer organization focused on documenting the language, history, and culture of Kashmir. Our goal is to preserve our heritage by building a reliable and accessible online presence.

​Our Key Initiatives:

• ​Content Creation: We write and translate articles to build a strong digital resource for the Kashmiri language (Koshur).
• ​Visual Archiving: We photograph local landmarks, arts, and traditions to share and preserve them on Wikimedia Commons.
• ​Community Building: We organize workshops, photo walks, and editing events to train and support new contributors.
