KITCHEN PREP/BAKER (at least 6 months kitchen experience)
Our back-of-house staff are pivotal in making the shop run smoothly. Kitchen Prep/Bakers are responsible for prepping ingredients, baking pastries and other goods, maintaining a clean kitchen, and conducting inventory/stocking. Weekday
and Saturday morning availability required.

ROLLTENDER (no experience necessary)
Do you dream of being an IG star? Want to be a part of the next big ice cream craze? Come roll with us! Experience in the food industry is cool, but not necessary; we will provide training on all of our equipment and processes. However, upbeat energy and an eye for accuracy are essential.

BARISTA (minimum 6 months experience required)
We are looking for experienced baristas with a knack for making craft coffee accessible and fun. Attention to detail and personable attitude are a must, as well as familiarity with commercial espresso equipment. We will provide some training, but a foundation in specialty coffee, flavor profiles, roasts, and grinds will put you ahead of the rest.

SHIFT LEADER (at least 6 months restaurant management experience required)
Shift Leaders are an integral part of Roll’s leadership team whose primary responsibilities include helping to manage the front of house operations, ensuring a superb customer experience, supervising baristas and rolltenders, and promoting and upholding company standards.
