Event Location - 2100 West Broadway, Eugene, Oregon
Authorized exhibitors are allowed on the property for the purpose of education, sales and marketing during posted hours, selling and marketing good and services pertaining to geology, mineralogy, earth sciences, jewelry and allied industries, ambiance and refreshments.
Oregon Geo Fest managers and agents are to provide clean booth space, media promotion, reasonable weather protection, safety and security measures.

** Exhibitors are responsible for transactions of their goods for money exchange, etc. **
The following are prohibited:
1) Discrimination of any type because of race, creed, color, familial status, gender affinity, religious beliefs
2) Foul language, hawking, busking and electric generators
3) Any music or signaling device must be approved by event agent

All participants shall agree to abide by all requests, mandates, and directives by event agents and all city, county, state, and federal laws, codes and statutes
$85.00 deposit for 10' x 10' tent space PLUS 10% of each vendor's gross sales transactions
Deposit is to be paid in cash or check. Make checks payable to "Five Elements Gem and Mineral"

*Deposit is non-refundable except due to cancellation of the event by management.
Booth space must be claimed and displays set up by 10:45 AM; Tear down by 6:00 PM at end of event
Grounds open to approved participants 7/20/2024 at 9:30 AM through 7/20/2024 at 6:00 PM
