All candidates seeking the LPIN nomination for any Statewide or State Legislature office, or local office in an unaffiliated county, must submit this application completed and timely to the LPIN. This is for candidates seeking the nomination at the Annual State Convention or by the LPIN State Central Committee.
The information submitted on this form will be made available to the LPIN members and may be included on the LPIN website. This is does not include your personal contact information.
Requirements:
1. You must be an LPIN member in good standing.
2. You must meet the residency requirements for the district you are seeking to be nominated for.
Please send a high quality headshot photograph to the LPIN Political Director at
political@lpin.org. This will be used on the LPIN website and printed materials.
This form and these requirements, previously in printed form, were approved and adopted by the State Central Committee in 2010.
