Application for FIRE School of Ministry Chicago
FIRE Chicago is now accepting applications for auditing, full- and part-time enrollment. Full- and part-time students are required to submit a full application as a part of the enrollment process. Auditing students will complete an abbreviated version of the application. Applications will be reviewed as soon as all necessary documents are received.
Students seeking to enroll at FIRE Chicago for credit must meet the following general requirements:
1) 18 years of age by the start of the trimester or course for which you are applying
2) High School Diploma or G.E.D.
3) Commitment to abide by the standards outlined in FIRE Chicago’s “Student Policies”
All full- and part-time applicants will need to provide documentation of their High School Diploma or G.E.D., as well as any other college-level coursework or degrees completed. Please use the transcript request form included in this application packet to have these documents mailed directly to FIRE Chicago.
