Digital Accessibility Consultation or Evaluation Request Form
Digital accessibility is a requirement. The Office for Equity and Diversity (OED), Office of Information Technology (OIT), and provost offices at the University of Minnesota are committed to providing and promoting equitable and inclusive access for all community members.

Have you consulted your Academic Digital Accessibility Liaison (ADAL) or Web and Email Digital Accessibility Coordinator (WEDAC)? Each academic and support unit has designated Academic Digital Accessibility Liaisons (ADALs) and Web and Email Digital Accessibility Coordinators (WEDACs) as the primary contact for accessibility guidance.
If you haven't we would like you to do so since they might have more support for you locally and have guidance that is more applicable to you and your work.
