Thank you for applying for a media credential for the 2022 Winter Equestrian Festival.

Please fill out the following form and we will contact you regarding your accreditation. A separate form request for each person must be submitted. If you have questions, please email news@equestriansport.com. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours or more from submitting the credential form to getting a pass printed and available for pick up.

By applying for and accepting a media credential, you agree that the pass will be used for media purposes only. Any photographers using a media pass may only use their photos for media usage - photos cannot be sold or given away to exhibitors unless you are also a vendor. Those public relations firms and marketing agencies that plan to photograph clients to use for promotional purposes will need to pay a fee:

For agencies with 1-3 photographers taking photos at WEF: $300/week of coverage or $3,000 for the series (per agency)
For agencies with 4+ photographers taking photos at WEF: $400/week of coverage or $4,000 for the series (per agency)

All PR agency photographers must also submit proof of Accident Liability Insurance and payment prior to arrival.

Journalists and photographers for media outlets that will not be selling or giving away photos do not need to upload a credit card authorization form.

By purchasing a ticket and/or entering onto the grounds of an Equestrian Sport Productions (ESP) sanctioned event, you assume all risk and danger incidental to equestrian sport and expressly acknowledge that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present and release ESP sanctioned event, competitions and their host sites, sponsors, host organizations, Palm Beach International Equestrian Center (PBIEC), participating competitors, and all agents thereof from any and all liabilities resulting from such cases. You grant permission to ESP to utilize your image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded television, printed materials or other transmission and reproduction in whole or in part of any ESP event you attend.
