This event contain real stories, about real people's experiences from our community. In order to ensure that we create a safe space for these stories to be heard we have basic expectations for the attendees of each Listen Up! event. We expect that attendees come with an open mind, do not speak during the listening session, and respect the anonymity of the speakers during and after the event. These listening sessions are to listen, learn, and reflect on what you hear; not to debate, critique, or minimize these stories or how the storytellers feel.
