Monday Lunchtime Mindfulness, 12 Noon - 1 pm (weekly)
(English Speaking Session)

The Monday Lunchtime mindfulness sessions offer a variety of meditations, sharing and discussion about well-being and finding equanimity through personal practice. Cathy leads short meditations of movement and stillness. Poems and readings are included for inspiration and reflection in the community.

Monday "Healing Moving Workshop", 3:30 - 4:30 pm (weekly)
(English Speaking Session)

Pilates blended with yoga creates a perfect alignment for healing mind and body.

In each session we will move, use the core for inner strength and true alignment and balance of the body.
We will relax fully using yogic meditation and visualisation techniques.
