TYPE OF RENTAL : Studio Rental or Special Event

The rental fees for non-performance studio use are:

Studio 1 and 5: $35/hour

Studio 2, 3, 4: $30/hour

Fees are subject to change.

Studio Rental or Special Event *

Studio Rental (charged using the hourly rate as described above and include classes, private lessons, rehearsals, etc. that do not require extra technologies.)

Special Event (performances, video/photoshoots, and other events starting at a base fee with additional charges if additional equipment is requested.)

Special Event Rental Only: Please give a brief description of your needs. Including, but not limited to technical equipment, tables, chairs, kitchen, etc. For any special event using Studios 1 & 5 space, additional fees are charged for using theatre lights & sound without exception.

Rentals must have a $100 deposit in advance with signed agreement to hold space. Fees are subject to change.
