Imagine writing more in the new year! In this 1-hour workshop, Lynn Finger and Janel Spencer of The Harpy Hybrid Review will lead a session on writing prose poetry. Suggested Donation: $10 - $25
What makes a poem a poem? Can the qualities of a poem be kept, even reinforced, without line breaks? What is the rhythm of a sentence? In this workshop we’ll take a closer look at work by Carolyn Forche, Robert Hass, Charles Baudelaire, and others to help us write our own prose poems.
