Carolinas District of CKI Event Bundle
This year we are offering a discounted bundle to help save you money while encouraging you to attend BOTH Fall Call Conference and District Convention.

This Event Bundle will allow you to bring more members while securing a spot for both events plus saving you $60 when purchasing as one bundle!

The bundle offers the following:
1 Fall Call Registration
1 District Convention Registration

Within each of these registrations is included:
Fall Call Conference (regular price $85 per person)
  • One attendee conference registration
  • Two nights lodging at the Coble Water Ski School
  • 5 meals (Friday dinner, Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch and Saturday Dinner, Sunday Breakfast)
  • Tshirt and Conference swag
District Convention (regular price $300 per person)
  • One attendee convention registration
  • Two nights at the Hilton Hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC (waterfront property) - shared with 3 others (upgrade available for additional fee)
  • 3 meals (Saturday Breakfast, Saturday Lunch and Saturday Dessert reception, Sunday Breakfast)
  • Tshirt and Conference swag
**District Convention also provides an opportunity for each club in good standing to have 2 voting delegates.

Bundle cost: $325 per person (that is a $60 savings over purchasing each event indiviudally)

Bundle Cost - $325

Bundle includes 1 spot for Fall Call and 1 spot for District Convention for 1 CKI member. This bundle is set up so that the CKI member only pays one fee to attend both events. It is for a CKI member staying in a room with up to 3 other people at both events. This is not the fee for a single occupancy room.

Cancellations for any reason can not be made after October 9th. No refunds will be issued after October 9th.

Payment must be received by October 9th for the bundle to take affect.

The bundle is for the same person at both events. In the event that the person can not attend an event, they may substitute the same gender/sex for that event with written notice to District Administrator Jennifer Hethcox no less than 1 week before the event. A refund can not be made after the October 9th deadline.

If payment is not received by the deadline, the price for the attendee will revert to the separate price points - $85 for Fall Call and $300 for District Convention.

If paying by school or Kiwanis check - make sure they are aware of this deadline and file the appropriate paperwork so that checks will be issued on time.
