If you are a former MBHS student complete the following Transcript Request Form. Official transcripts cannot be emailed or electronically submitted per district policy. If you are requesting an official transcript please make sure you provide an address or college name for the transcript to be mailed.

CURRENT STUDENT?

Morro Bay High School does not keep copies of diplomas. If you need proof of enrollment/graduation please request your official transcript.

What type of transcript would you like to order? *

Official Transcripts bear the Registrar's signature and school seal and are usually required for college admission, employment, scholarship, etc. Official Transcripts cannot be emailed or sent electronically. Unofficial transcripts will be sent electronically to the email you provide.
