If you are a former MBHS student complete the following Transcript Request Form. Official transcripts cannot be emailed and will not be processed until the form is submitted AND payment is received. Payment option information will be provided after this form has been submitted.

CURRENT STUDENT?
Please click here to request a transcript Current student transcript request or email your request to jstagnoli@slcusd.org. Transcripts for current students are no charge and will be mailed per your request or can be picked up in the Registrar's Office.

Morro Bay High School does not keep copies of diplomas. If you need proof of enrollment/graduation please request your official transcript.

What type of transcript would you like to order? *

Official Transcripts bear the Registrar's signature and school seal and are usually required for college admission, employment, scholarship, etc. Official Transcripts cannot be emailed and will not be processed until payment is received. Unofficial transcripts are NO CHARGE and will be sent electronically to the email you provide.
