Return/Exchange Form - Ruby Bloom
I want everyone to LOVE their Ruby Bloom items as much as I do. I am happy to offer an exchange or return for store credit on items that didn't work out. You must contact me within 7 days of delivery to return or exchange. Limited Edition Styles, and any Holiday/Seasonal items are final sale and not eligible for returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and/or in original packaging (ie. shoes in shoe box). Shipping expenses for exchanges will be your responsibility. Items must be in resellable condition (free of odors, tags attached). Please place shoe box inside another box so the original shoe box isn't damaged. Mystery items and giveaways are not eligible for exchanges. Items marked down or as final sale are not eligible for returns/exchanges. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
