Hello and welcome to Artee Media - Please fill out the LIVESTREAM form in its entirety.  We ask that the venue has power and a reliable WiFi.  We will require some space to setup a table (4ft table)  We also recommend creating a Facebook group page to livestream , otherwise it will be livestreamed from Artee Media's FB page or YouTube Page making it public.  We can also livestream to YouTube as well.  If you have a video presentation to livestream, please send it over (format - .mp4 .avi .mov) For Audio needs please see Audio Service Form. After submitting  this form, an invoice will be sent as soon as possible.  After reviewing your invoice to your satisfaction, you will then send your deposit in to LOCK in your date.  Prices subject to change without any notice.

Disclaimer: 40% of the total NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT  locks your date in (so be sure). The balance will be due on the day of the event. The deposit will go towards the total balance and hereby bind the terms of this agreement.  All checks should be made payable to Richard Tanuvasa - If Artee Media is unable to provide the agreed services the deposit will be refunded in full. During the event, Artee Media shall not be held liable for any action that may prevent the completion of services due to complications beyond Artee Media’s control.  The balance must be paid in full. Artee Media shall not be held liable for any action that may arise from or in connection with any individual that is not directly affiliated with the Artee Media. Additionally, the contracting party agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all damages that may be caused by themselves or their guests that involves Artee Media and its property.
