CPARC Fall Ham Cram Signup Sheet
This is the signup form for the Ham Cram on October 13, 2018 hosted by CPARC. This information is required for us to complete the necessary FCC paperwork on your behalf. The Ham Cram will be from 8:30 am to 5pm on Saturday, October 13, 2018 in Building 33, Room 286 (Fisher Science 286). The exam will begin at 4 pm. Please indicate whether or not you intend to take the ham cram or just the exam.

The cost for the ham cram is $10 cash and includes snacks, drinks, and test materials. The test itself is free-if you want to show up for the test only, then show up around 3:30 PM.

Please have your FRN ready on the day of the exam. Please remember to bring the necessary items listed here: http://www.arrl.org/what-to-bring-to-an-exam-session
