If a student decides to leave a program, one month’s notice is required. For example, if a student leaves on October 25th, fees will be charged until the end of November. All other payments would be refunded. Those paying for a full year will be given a refund, less their one-month penalty. After March 1st of the dance year, NO refunds will be given. All costume deposits are non-refundable once costumes have been ordered.

NOTE: There will be a $50.00 fee charged for every NSF cheque. There will also be a $25.00 NSF fee for declined payments on credit cards. If a declined payment on a credit card is not cleared within 30 days, there will be an additional $25 charge.
