Pacts Inc. is interested in the public value of its legal flash cards.  The cards (an example of which can be seen below) are designed to give people access to the letter of the law and are linked to a webpage on the Pacts Website that provides more information about the law in question.  Before we roll these cards out to the public we would like you to tell us whether or not you believe the card adds value and would be utilized.  Please answer openly and honestly.
