At least 48 hours notice is required for any rescheduling or cancellations of scheduled lessons to avoid fees. Any cancellations made within the 48 hour window will result in a charge of 50% of the session amount. No call/no shows and cancellations made within the hour of the scheduled session will result in a charge of the full session amount.

EMERGENCY: In cases of emergency, cancellations can be excused and will not be charged. Cancellations are considered excused for symptoms of illness, severe exposure to viruses (such as COVID-19), and family emergency.

For the safety of all clients at Seed Sound, If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or are showing symptoms of illness, please contact Seed Sound as soon as possible via email or phone. Hannah Laine Schroeder & Chris Bota hold the right to refuse service to anyone who shows up to their session ill or in a manner that threatens the safety of her or his clients.

WEATHER: In the case that travel to the studio isn’t possible due to severe weather, scheduled sessions will still be held online via Google Meet, unless arranged otherwise. Some exceptions may apply.

Hannah or Chris may need to reschedule or cancel a session due to illness, family emergency, or performance engagements. In this case, Hannah or Chris will provide a make-up session within the month.

If you cannot make your scheduled lesson time in-person, you may reach out via email or phone and have the lesson online via Google Meet for no additional fee.

Appointments made within 48 hours are automatically subject to cancellation fees.

LATE ARRIVAL: No fee is charged but your appointment will end at the scheduled time.
