Pennsbury School District Attendance Exception Request Form
Please complete this form if you are requesting an attendance exception request. Once a determination is made the parent/guardian making the request will be notified by the Student Services Department. If the attendance exception request is granted, it is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to provide transportation to/from school. 

Update: Attendance exception requests will no longer need to be renewed each school year. Exception requests that have been granted will remain in place until Student Services is contacted by the parent/guardian to request a change or until the student moves to a new school (i.e. moves from elementary to middle school).
