Pennsbury School District Assignment To School Request Form

Requests for assignment to a school outside of a student's designated attendance zone will be considered only under the circumstances outlined in Pennsbury School District Board Policy 206.

Please complete this form if you are requesting that your child attend a Pennsbury School District school other than the school assigned to your residence address.

All requests will be reviewed by the Student Services Department in accordance with Board Policy 206 and applicable district guidelines. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval. Once a determination has been made, the parent/guardian submitting the request will be notified in writing.

Important Information:

  • Assignment To School requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approval is subject to district policies, enrollment capacity, staffing, and other relevant factors.
  • If an attendance exception is approved, transportation to and from school is the responsibility of the parent/guardian. The Pennsbury School District will not provide transportation for approved attendance exceptions.
  • Attendance exceptions may be granted for a specific school year and may require annual renewal.
