4K Registration 2020-2021
If your child is 4 years old before September 1, 2020 he/she is eligible to be registered for 4-Year-Old Kindergarten at Weyauwega Elementary School. The 4K program is focused on play-based, thematic instruction that supports developing the whole child to ensure he/she is ready to learn. Our 4K sessions are full days on Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.
To register your child, complete the registration form below. Please note that your answers will not "save" if you leave this form, please be prepared to complete and submit the form (plan for approx. 15 mins). Additional paperwork will be mailed to you and will need to be returned to finalize the registration process.
