DIRECTIONS. Complete this form to register your organization for Open Future Learning Training. Once your organization is registered, the organization's main contact will receive an organization code to share with individuals in your organization who will be completing the training program.

Each training participant must complete the individual training application located at http://bit.ly/OFLTraining. Participants will receive their login credentials for the training site upon submission of the training application.

This training program is FREE to organizations that provide services or are located in Colorado. The cost to participate in this training program for organizations that do NOT provide services or are NOT located in Colorado is $10 per enrolled participant per month.
