SUBMISSION/NOTIFICATION: Applications to vend are due by APRIL 15, 2019. Accepted vendors will be notified by MAY 15, 2019.
LOAD-IN: Wednesday, August 7th 12pm to 8pm ONLY.
SET-UP: Setup must be complete by Thursday, August 8th at noon.
LOAD-OUT: Load-Out begins after all patrons depart (Monday, 8/12 at ~2pm).
PERSONAL MUSIC: Stereos, iPod speakers, or PAs of any kind are NOT permitted at any time that the festival is open to the public.
PARKING: Parking is extremely limited and is not included with your booth fee. Oversized vehicles (vehicles over 20’) are not permitted.
PAYMENT: Booth fees are due in full by JULY 1, 2019.
CRAFT/DISPLAY BOOTH: $925/vendor for a 10’x20’ shared spaceAll Craft Booths will be shared 10’ (front) x 20' (deep) booths. Applying to vend at the Beloved Marketplace indicates your willingness share space with one vendor in your community, to collaborate, and to trust in our process. • TWO (2) admission passes per business included• Parking is NOT included• 10amps electricity included• Price is for one half of one shared space
ROAMING VENDOR: $700 for right to vend throughout site, without official booth setup• TWO (2) admission passes per business included• Parking is NOT included• No unauthorized vending permitted
