Note:
1. Officers/members must be present during both the collecting and returning of the item(s).
2. All item(s) must be returned within 3 days after the event.
3. Charges will be applied for any damage to the rented item(s).
4. The Admin Office reserves the right to decline any application, or cancel the rental at any time without providing a reason.
5. It is the responsibility of the applicant to take proper care of all rented equipment and accessories.
6. Late return charges: RM20.00 will be charged for first 7 days. After that, RM50.00 will charged per item per day until the item(s) are returned.
7. To borrow an ambulance for internal events, kindly email your request to admin@sjampenang.org.my in advance.
8. **Late submissions will not be entertained.**
