Please read carefully, due to new transportation criteria, changes have been made to this form. Use this form for permanent changes to student transportation. Rotating schedules that change day-to-day, week-to-week or month-to-month will no longer be accommodated. All designated to/from locations need to be within the Gananda School District. Note: All requests/changes must be submitted by 8:00 am Tuesday. We will only be processing requests on Wednesday's.
