Please fill out this form in full detail. Due to our high volume, we will not start working on your profile unless ALL QUESTIONS are answered in full & correctly. 

THIS IS A 30 DAY PROGRAM 

1. We will go over your credit accounts and history
2. We will send you letters to send in for your disputes (each letter will include credit law that pertains to your specific credit file)
3. The fee includes 2 rounds of letters for disputes. If we cannot get account removed the fee also includes letters for settlement agreements  typically 10-25% or less of the debt 

READ EVERYTHING BELOW: 

1. Please make sure the spelling of your name, email & phone number is correct
2. Once we build our repair plan you have 24 hours to pay your invoice. 
3. All documents will be mailed to be hard signed
4. All documents are built to fit your credit profile; please make sure to file accurate information 
5. You must be willing to be prepared to discuss your credit, personal address and ssn in order for this process to be successful. 

Prior to us starting to work on your credit profile, all clients sign a confidentiality form. At McDavid Marketing we take client privacy and information very serious. We are advising you on budgeting, credit repair & building moving forward. We do not provide any illegal services or credit report wiping. 

Please be aware every credit bureau has different qualoifications. (Exp. There may be accounts removed from experian and transunion but it may not be removed from Equifax. )
