MWS Field Trip T-shirt Order
This order form is for the purple colored T-shirt with the school logo outlined in gold.
The cost is $12 per shirt.  Please place an order for each child separately.

T-shirts can be worn each Friday for "School Spirit Day" and on Field Trips.

Up to 3 shirts may be purchased per order.  Orders will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis and order fulfillment is not guaranteed.
