You can attend any Board Meeting and make a Public Comment during the assigned time for Public Comment (no sign-up necessary)
You can email your comment to
info@highlandparknc.com
You can type your comment into this form and it will be read aloud during the "General Public Comment on Non-Agenda Items" section by the meeting’s Presiding Officer
