Welcome to this survey that launches within the project “CQ+ De-Escalating Polarisation in Europe”. This project brings together 8 organisations, located in Belgium, Ireland, Germany, Greece, Croatia, Spain and Italy, that explore how to implement the Cultural Quotient model as a skills area in adult education.

Filling in this assessment, you help us develop a train-the-trainer programme on cultural quotient for adult educators. Based on the analysis of the answers, we adjust the content of the train-the-trainer programme when it comes to knowledge, skills and attitude.
