WIZARD WORLD COMIC CON: FAN GROUP APPLICATION
Are you a fan group or non-profit organization interested in partnering with Wizard World Comic Con? We set aside a number of booths at each show for official, non-official, local and regional fan organizations. We are looking for groups who are involved with the world of pop culture, are a positive influence in their local community, and can contribute certain activities to enhance a fellow Comic Con fan's overall show experience.

If your group is interested in applying for space or admission to a Wizard World show, simply fill out the form below with as much detail as possible, and we'll be in touch to let you know your application status. Please note that receiving space/passes at a previous Wizard World Comic Con does NOT guarantee space/passes at our shows. You must apply below for consideration. Fan group space is limited/first come first serve, and applications will be processed in the order received.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR APPLICATION
1) Submit Fan Group application AT LEAST SIX TO EIGHT WEEKS before any Wizard World Comic Con.
2) We will contact you with your application status.
3) If your application is accepted, you will be sent a Fan Group Partnership Agreement form & Exhibitor Packet (includes load-in/load out information, convention center rules, show floor map..etc). Please sign and date the Partnership Agreement form within 48 hours of receipt.

GROUPS ACCEPTED WILL RECEIVE ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING:
1) Space at the show (Electricity, Internet and additional furnishings NOT included. If needed, please order directly through the convention center)
2) Complimentary general admission passes for leaders and/or members
3) Option to purchase additional tickets for members at a discounted rate
GENERAL FAN GROUPS RULES & GUIDELINES:
1) Absolutely no renting, selling, or subletting booth space and/or admission wristbands granted by Wizard World
2) Each booth MUST be staffed by at least one person who represents the group, at all times of the show hours. All show hours may be found on each city's page at www.wizardworld.com
3) Groups are not permitted to sell merchandise or services at the show under any circumstances
4) Expanding into other areas outside of your designated area is prohibited, including signage. You are permitted to pass out materials or solicit attendees, as long as you are within five feet of your space
5) Load in/load out hours can only occur during the times listed in your Exhibitor Packet, no exceptions
6) Please be ready to go each day by the time the doors open!

** Times are subject to change. Failure to comply with Wizard World Fan Groups rules & guidelines will guarantee the immediate removal of your group from the convention floor, and may result in suspension from future Wizard World shows.
