Neighborhood Meeting Response

Within 14 days of receiving the emailed notice from Provo City's Community Development Department that a developer has submitted an application for something in your neighborhood the Neighborhood Chair must notify the Neighborhood Program Coordinator in the City Council office as to whether or not they will hold a neighborhood meeting.

The neighborhood meeting itself can be held within 45 days of receiving the initial notice and preferably 21 days before the date of the Planning Commission hearing for the item.

If the Neighborhood Program Coordinator (Karen Tapahe) does not receive notice from the Neighborhood Chair, the neighborhood meeting requirement will be waived for the developer. Submitting this form counts as your official notice.
