Please indicate any KEY ROLES you have interest in volunteering for during the upcoming season. Some KEY ROLES require training that will be provided by the existing Coordinator(s).

Key Roles are leadership positions, including coordinator and committee chair positions. All positions are DIBS eligible for the season. Email sartellhockey@gmail.com for more information about any of these opportunities.

Boys Recruiting Coordinator- Lead and organizes recruiting activities to grow our youth program.

Girls Recruiting Coordinator- Lead and organizes activities while collaborating with St. Cloud & Sauk Rapids to grow the girls program.

Volunteer Coordinator - Coordinate, train and promote volunteer opportunities in the association.

Sponsorship/Fundraising Coordinator - Coordinate volunteers to work with local businesses interested in sponsoring SYHA and our events. Oversee the research, development and implementation of the SYHA fundraising program.

Equipment/Jerseys Manager "in-training" - Manages the distribution, care and replacement of SYHA equipment and jerseys. (5 DIBS)

The committee chair will reach out to you with opportunities for the season. DIBS awarded will be reflective of the involvement of the members.

Tournaments- Assist in planning for and providing supervision coverage during the tourney activities.

Recruitment Events - Help plan or volunteer at events including school Open Houses, Little Wild Learn to Skate, Intro to Hockey, Try Hockey for Free.

3v3- Do you want to help plan and organize one of SYHA largest events?

Sponsorship - Are you a natural salesperson? Help secure sponsors to benefit our association!

Mite Party - Help our mites celebrate a successful season by helping to plan or execute an epic party!

Fundraising - Do you have some great ideas for offsetting association costs? Get involved with this committee!

Marketing/Communications - Is design your thing? Or are you a talented writer, media relations, or marketing professional? We can use your talent!

Social Media - Do you love developing fun and engaging social media posts? We need you.
