Maple Grove Tree Steward Training
The City of Maple Grove is hosting a Tree Steward classes to teach you basic tree care skills to improve the public forest of Maple Grove and ensure trees grow to maturity. We will cove best planting practices, watering, tree health monitoring, and basic pruning skills. Details about the Tree Steward training can be found below:


Date: Tuesday, July 17th & Thursday, July 19th
Time: 1:30pm to 4:30pm (both afternoons)
Location: Maple Grove Public Works - 9030 Forestview Lane North, Maple Grove, MN 55369
Cost: Free!
What to bring: Dress for the weather, sturdy, closed-toe shoes, gloves optional but suggested


After training, the City of Maple Grove will host events for you to apply these skills and help your community.
