Thank you for your interest in our facilities. Our rental seasons run from January 1st - March 31st and September 15th - October 31st.

Please note: if your desired dates are for one of our prime holiday weekends (Martin Luther King Jr. Day or President’s Day), you are required to rent for a minimum of 3 nights.

Please be aware of the following requirements for all of our building and facility rentals.

1. Your group must have a Certificate of Insurance for $1,000,000 sent to Big Lake Youth Camp by their insurance company. The certificate must name your group as the insured with "Oregon Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and affiliate entities" named as the additional insured (unless you are an Oregon Conference Church group).

2. Your group must provide an Oregon licensed doctor and/or nurse or paramedic for the full duration of your stay at camp and send proof of their credentials before arriving.

3. Big Lake Youth Camp operates under a special use permit with the Forest Service which requires all vehicles to park at Ray Benson Sno-park during the winter season (November 15-May 1). Please do not drive in to Big Lake Youth Camp anytime during the winter months (even if the road is clear of snow). The road beyond the sno-park is closed to public traffic and violators may be fined. Big Lake transportation options may include sno-cat, tracked vehicles, or snowmobiles, depending on the discretion of Big Lake employees. We will attempt to fulfill requests for specific types of transportation while also considering the best options for the current conditions.
