CCPL Outreach Event Request Form

Thank you for considering Charles County Public Library for your community event or school visit. 

Please note that submission of this form does not guarantee the Library's attendance or participation. A member of our staff will contact you after reviewing your submission.

COMMUNITY EVENTS: Requests for community event participation must be submitted at least eight weeks in advance of your event.

SCHOOL VISITS: Requests for school visits must be submitted at least four weeks in advance of your event.

Any request made for an event outside of normal library hours of operation will be automatically denied as we are unable to staff events while our buildings are closed.

If you are interested in establishing a regular Mobile Library Stop in your community, please contact the Mobile Library at mobilelibrary@ccplonline.org
